She was always easy to contact and replied promptly (often the same day!) whenever we had questions, which made the whole process feel effortless.
On the day, she went above and beyond — setting up early, offering her microphone to our photographers and other vendors, and making sure everything ran smoothly. She thought of all the small details, even things like how we held the microphone for photos, which made a big difference.
